The Meadows pool is open as of July 1. This year is not like any other year at the pool. Please familiarize yourself with the pool requirements under COVID-19 available on the Meadows webpage: https://tinyurl.com/y9sgsho6. Some key points (Not all points, so please read the COVID pool rules addendum):
Reserving a pool slot, during one of the five daily swim sessions:
Reservations to use the pool are required by signing up at the pool (bulletin board) up to one day in advance. Bring your own pen and wear a mask, to sign up for a slot in a swimming session. No one may reserve a slot for a person not in their household. If there is a line for the daily sign-up sheet, please follow social distancing guidelines with fellow residents.
The wading pool is limited to persons from one household at a time, and they must reserve use of the wading pool when signing up for a slot at the pool.
Lap swimming is limited to one lane, which can be shared by two persons. The reservation is made when signing up for a slot at the pool.
The pool will be open from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm daily. Residents will have the opportunity to swim once a day for one hour and a half swimming session. The pool will close after each session and the lifeguards will clean as required by state and local regulations.
The swimming sessions will be from 11:00 – 12:30; 1:00 – 2:30, 3:00 – 4:30, 5:00 – 6:30, and 7:00 – 8:30.
