Show your Patriotic Spirit on your Porch, Patio or (window) Panes! Fairlington Citizens Association (FCA) is encouraging residents to decorate their homes and buildings as well as chalk the sidewalk with creative and festive red, white and blue. Please help yourself to any of the decorations in this bin which are at the Meadows Pool entrance, but we kindly ask that you take only one of each item/household. Enjoy your neighbors’ decorations and artistic skills as you wander along our community- We can’t wait to see some sensational stars, stripes and surprises!
The FCA has invited Fire Station 9 crew to parade through our neighborhood! Start time is 10 a.m.! FCA encourages residents to line the streets (at a safe distance), wave their flags and don red white and blue as the trucks go by. Trucks will follow the same route as the Fairlington Santa ride, however there will be no stops.
