Two roofs on buildings in Court 3 will be replaced starting in February. This is part of the routine roof replacement cycle, which identifies roofs in need of replacement. The specific roofs to be replaced are on buildings 3375 to 3379 S. Stafford Street and 3349 to 3353 S. Stafford Street. These roofs have been identified as being the priority for replacement this year.
Weather permitting, it is expected to take a minimum of four weeks to complete both roof replacements.
Supplies and a dumpster will be delivered to the court on Friday, February 1st to use for staging of the materials needed to do the work. The non-reserved parking spaces (guest spaces) will be used for the staging. Please be sure you do not have one of your personal vehicles or the personal vehicle of a guest park in those spaces after 7 a.m. on Friday, February 1st.
